Issue with my sony xnv-770bt

Hey guys,

I'm new to the boards, but I had to post to see if anyone might help me as I am in bind.

Yesterday I started my car as usual, no issues, and for some odd reason my sony xnv-770bt unit would not respond to any physical button controls other that the "Source" button.

After bunch of research last night, I found out how to reset the unit. After several resets to the unit, the issues still remain!

I had spoken to Sony esupport (Not Helpful) who said that I needed to remove the unit and send it to them for a tech to look at.

Has anyone heard of this happening to anyone else? If so, does anyone of any solution to this?

Any feedback on this would be awesome guys.
