Isnt a WCC 1600.2 a rebadged Orion 8002?

I was just looking into these amps and found something weird that maybe someone can clarify for me. Isnt the WCC 1600.2 a rebadged Orion 8002? If it is, how come the Orion is rated at 200z2 at 4 while the WCC is rated at 350x2 at 4? I check quite a few sites and they all have the same thing listed. Just curious, thanx in advance guys.

It's a beastly amp. I run mine bridged at 2ohm daily.
