is twisted pair speaker cables necessary?

I currently have twisted pair 16ga speaker wires from knuconceptz...but what Im going to do now is space limited and i doubt I can run those cables through there...

are just regular parallel speaker cables that much worse in noise reduction? bear in mind, my power cable is running in parallel of these speaker cables currently.

Assuming the rest of your install is up to par, you should notice zero difference between twisted and untwisted speaker cables.
