My wheels on my truck are oxidized to the point where simple green and light duty polishers wont work. Someone told me aluminum acid and i was searching and found this. Is it what i need ?

or u can get some glass media and blast them then repolish and seal. ive never used the product you linked to but i have restored about 4 sets of aluminum wheels in the past year.

this stuff is treated cotton works great. as long as your rims arent clear coated

no pics of the wheels yet? I tested about 20 aluminum polishing/cleaning products so if i can see what the rim looks like ill point u in the right direction.

are you sure they are oxidized and you didnt put chrome cleaner on them by mistake? lol seen that happen, turns them cloudy looking and will not come off with any polish or cleaner.

just throwing stuff out there you never know...

They are oxidized i believe, they were like this when i got the truck. Sorry about pix, they will be up tomorrow.

if duragloss doesnt work they are alot more than just oxidized, that stuff is fking awesome!!

it will take rust of of wheels with a lil effort.
