is this true regarding IA 20.1 ??

has there been 2 different lenth heatsinks for this models? i heard the older model is a couple inches longer

were there different amp boards made for the 20.1, or has the same board/guts been in the 20.1 then, day 1, up until now??

just wondering

maybe you IA owners can answer this

I mean, it's been a talked about amp on here for a long time, years. so i assume the board wouldnt have changed, would it? if it was/is such a hit, why tweak with it?

The board was changed from the original prototype to the current model for various reasons. Cost being one more than likely.

There has only been 1 heatsink and 1 board the entire time. Maybe you are confusing the 20.1 and the 40.1, as they have (basically) the same heatsink, just 4" longer.
