500 W x 1 @ 4 Ohms RMS

750 W x 1 @ 2 Ohms RMS

1000 W x 1 @ 1 Ohms RMS

so at 2 its 750. I'd get it. Set the gains very low and then later when you upgrade the sub - and you will cause everyone does - stick with the amp

it's fine even for one W6.

the sub can handle around 800wrms

since it wont see 1 ohm it would be fine. i wouldnt waste money on that amp it if your not gonna run it to its potential

the 1000d will be a better amp to get compared to the 500d, just becareful on the gains with the 1000d.

Actually I like to have alot of extra headroom on the amps in case I upgrade... plus I can keep the gains down low and "underwork" the amp though I doubt that's what is really happening... it just makes me feel good...

hey guys. i did some more looking around and i have a new list of amps that i came up with. I need your help on deciding which one to get. i have one 12" JL audio W6V2D4 sub in a sealed box built to exact specs for the sub and i am looking for good SQ. my budget is 400 bucks. get a kicker zx750. it'll put out about 850-900 watts rms at 2 ohms. it's less money than the rockford and probably a lot better. just set the gains lower with a DMM and you'll be good to go.
