is this the right amp??? plz help

ok i have 6.5 components up front, the components are 60 watts nominal 4 ohms

6x9s in the rear, 6x9s are 80 watts nominal 4 ohms

will the profile Profile California CA440

be ok for this setup? its 60 watts X 4 RMS @ 4 ohms

so i should amp one channel to each ? 60 watt amp for 60 watt components is ok right? and underpowered rears by 20 watts is ok too right?

ANY advise at all would be amazing, thanx

oh if i get this amp i definitly dont have to worry about power problems right??? for the alt and battery and what not (dimming)...

thanx for the reply, anyone else have any advise?

how would this setup be with 35 watts per channel instead of 60? would it be a big difference? im thinking i want a bit smaller amp.

when do i have to start worrying about power problems?
