that sub can handle more power than that, but yes it will work... i would build a better box for it too...

yes, but you would be much better off building your own box for the L7

Subs are already wired in the box to a 2 ohm load, so it will only be getting 600 watts, a little bit underpowered. L7's are rated at 750rms and can handle more.

I guess it would help to say that I am not looking to kill myself will bass, just something else to compliment the rest of my system, polk speakers in the door, dnx5120 head unit, Just having trouble on deciding what sub to get since I already have the amp.

isnt the L7 DVC? so he would wire it to 1 or 4 ohm load. that amp says stable at 1ohm but not rating? so i wouldnt trust it at 1ohm and 4 ohm would be way to little power.

might want to look for some more power at 1ohm. i used to have one of these.

its cheaper than what your looking at and its a much better amp.

oh you have the amp? well find out if that sub is 2 or 4ohm(it says its an L72 so it should be dual 2ohm). if its 4ohm sub then its wired to 2 ohms and your good. if its a 2ohm sub then it has plugs on both sides and will be 1 ohm at the amp.
