Is This Setup Properly?

I have this attached to my 10" alpine type s. I'm not sure how many voice coils there on them. Is it ok for me to turn the bass all the way up and turn my speaker volume up all the way? My head unit (kvt-512) goes up to volume 35

how can i learn how to set it up? i have two mvf-250 one for my highs the others for my lows.
