Your IQ is a measure of how you see things and figure things out and how fast. Its based all on how the brain manipulates things. IQ questions dont ever ask you a straight up 2+2 question or to pick the correct spelling for a certain word.

Yes, but a high IQ would also generally indicate you are quick at picking up spelling.

Your IQ has nothing to do with how fast you can learn something. Its how your brain manipulates images and uses logic to get the right answer.

Take high functioning autistic kids for example. They have a high IQ, but they cant live alone. They need someone to take care of them. If your theory held true they should be able to pick up the skills necessary to live alone, but yet they cant.

Not in the least. I simply proved that its possible to have a high IQ, but still not be able to learn simple things such as spelling or how to take care of yourself.

i just did not wana order the wrong thing. i was reading if u have a cabl/dsl modem u should get something that will work with it. so i got a wired router and a few ethernet cables on the cheap. it all should b here by the end of this week. im just workin on geting things together as far as my computers and video games. i have to wire up my tv to my computer . just waitin on my dvi-hdmi wire should b here tomrrow. thanks everyone for your help:greedy:
