i didnt want to drill in my car so i just put the wire from the battery through to the back through a hole in the corner of the hood...

Pic's blurry but as long as the wires not outside the car and not exposed to anything potentially damaging it should be fine.

Look around for other holes. I have mine going through the firewall in the same hole as my shifter cable. I had to cut the grommet a bit with a razor to get my 1/0 to fit through.

Not a good idea, over time you will pinch that wire causing the jacket to wear and eventually have bare wire showing. Bare Positive Wire + Metal = spark....byebye fuse (if you have one installed) if not, you then have fire

Quickest way to start a vehicle on fire. Don't be such a lazy a$$, get down there and drill a hole, put a snap grommet in it, run the wire and silicone the hole. Some peoples kids, sheesh.......

That's not only dangerous but ghetto, lazy and half-assed.

Get your hands a little dirty and look under your dash for a rubber grommet leading into your engine bay. Or just drill a hole. It's not that hard.

Yeah I hate people who wire cars that way. You should never, EVER do that. Take it apart and start again by drilling a hole through your firewall and getting it done the right way.

Actually, from your other posts I have concluded you do not know what you are doing, and should take your car to a shop and ask them to properly install and set up your gear for you.
