I always tip teh older people well. They are stuck there.

it was an extremely small place, not busy at all. and i had a good weekend last weekend cash wise

It's so funny how because the owner of the restaurant has decided..

"My employees get tips so i'm going to pay them less"

So the employee gets a tip for doing a great job.. but that doesnt mean shit! because the person is still going home with the same money!

it's a ****ing sham put onto the customer.

I always tip because i was brought up to help the less fortunate.

I never tip male bartendes and I tell them straight up don't think about serving me I will not tip you get me the girl.

I've been lots of places where tipping was not the custom (other countries) and I can tell the difference in the service there for sure.
