when he called RE for a recone on it before I shipped it they were wanting around 300 or more, plus shipping, on top of that they didnt know what a destroyer was, he had to get someone on the phone that knew what they were talking about which took for ever to find...

RE has gone to hell in a hand basket. I want my asian guy that I never completely understood back. Sometimes I'd call with a fake question for him to answear...you know, testing the knowledge.

Contact TeamPSI, when I bought a destroyer BNIB from Tuan... he told me it has a warranty just the same as any other subwoofer.

The same thing actually happened to my Destroyer, and they took care of it.

Different one. I've had two destroyer 15's pass through my hands, one of them was made into the 18. The one in your hands now, the 18, was perfect from the beginning.

hey carl man definitely talk to dave (teampsi) he might be able to do something since he built 'em. noah's right the second destroyer to come thru cincy was messed up. mine wasn't because it was made after the original set, i would assume. i bought mine right off teampsi, there just happened to be one last motor sitting around the shop that he used. tuan didn't even know about that last one. but anyways talk to him he's a great guy.

Well I hope that he gets in contact with david, or scott at fi or some one that actually understands these subs and can repair it so we are not at all at a loss.
