Is this enough?

yes i think that two 500/1 amps would be better then a 1000/1
and why is that? So that he has the amps take up space in two different locations? Or that he has to run twice the wiring? Maybe that he needs to set his gains damn near perfect so that you don't throw more power at one of the subs?

To the OP: Get one amp for your subs...

ya, so I guess I'm going against your advice. Found two 500/1's VERY, VERY cheap... and since I love such an over-priced brand... I had to take it. I'm not very technically sound when it comes to this stuff... but it wasn't long ago I had two 13.5 w7's with a 1000/1 on each. It seemed to sound great. I was always satisfied. unfortunately I don't have that vehicle or that system (or room for that system) anymore. So... if I have this system professionally installed by a very reputable local place... It should be fine right? once again... planning on running two 10w6v2's with a 500/1 on each.
