You can be loud with 100W or quiet with 3kW...power is the least of your worries.

I'm guessing the subs are Dual 2's, since you mentioned running the Hifonics at 2ohms?

Sundown 1500d at .5, AudioPipe 150001 at .5, or Kicker 1500.1 at 2ohms

And whether or not it's loud depends on a lot more than the equipment, box has a lot to do with it as well as the vehicle. Mustangs dont really get all that loud in my opinion, but yes it should be loud enough...
