I've heard that over a while the overall current draw they can handle decreases with time. Idk if that's true or not, but I've never seen anybody use on before.

never even saw one until today and it looks like it could work..local shops dont carry higher fuses so i would have to wait a week to order new ones..looking for something like this that will just trip

You can get them for cheap on a place like sonicelectronx.com or a place like that.

used one for about 5 months, seemed like a good idea but always scared me a little bit. ive also heard that sometimes they just dont work like they should. i'd stick it out and wait for anl fuses.

i asked this same question on here and everyone just told me that they seem to not work as much is time goes on. but they would be really nice if you work on your system alot becuase instead of disconectioning neg you could jus hit the button or w.e to turn the breaker off.
