Is this a good table saw?

I can get this saw: (not the one in the link--but exactly the same) http://www.buysellcommunity.com/sale/PVAVYRRM/ for probably a little under $200 for a friend. It's in great shape, I've looked at it and everything..would this be a good saw? I don't need anything spectacular, I'm only going to be building a few boxes.

I have a smaller version of that table saw. Except for the on/off switch breaking, I havent had a single problem in 4 years.

Got it and set it up, it was purchased originally back in '96 and came with all the documents and receipts..everything is pretty much flawless though. Haven't had a chance to use it, but I can't wait
