I think that's going to have too much for highs and without an amp going to them, they might distort. Forget the four tweeters or if you must, just do two tweeters. Save your money for an el-cheapo amp for your highs.

don't get 6x8 and why would you get some 6x8s and some extra tweeters?

If I were you I'd do some searching before you go spending your money.

plus the premier amps are overpriced for what they put out. Put your money towards a different sub amp.
