Can you build your own box? you could brace/baffle your box and make it last a hell of a lot longer and tune it to the frequency of your choosing and make it to exactly the spec you want it. Most likely cheaper than if you bought that one.

I would love to build my own box but the only cutting tool i have is a jigsaw. Also, I dont know about measurements and such to make the box ideal for the sub. but i would love to build my own.

You can ask someone on here for a design ( most likely for a small fee) and then get the cutout sheet ( gives you exact measurements on how to cut the wood) then buy the 3/4 MDF at Lowe's and they should cut it for you for another small fee just you can cutout the hole on your own with the jigsaw.

If there is anyone checking this post out, could you out together a plan for the sub in the initial post. The box cannot be more than 13 inches tall. the trunk of my car is low. The sub is 12 inches.
