Is this a 1ohm load to my subs?

My box has binding posts instead of terminal cups and I want to take advantage of them instead of shoving 2 sets of 8AWG wire into one sub to the other. So is this giving my sub a 1ohm load from my amp? My amp is a D-class amp (US MD2).

Picture the big red/black dot that connects the 2 wires from the speaker as a binding post. The binding post has 2 outputs on the inside of the box and one output on teh other side.

When me and Shon wired it up we didn't have enough wire so we had to shove 2 strands of 8AWG into each terminal on the speaker.

Now what I am wondering is if I can wire it like the way is on the first post.,

ahah sweet, I just learned how to PRESENT a 1 ohm load. The way I have them wired now sounds like one sub is getting more power then the other. Hopefully this way fixes that problem.

THanks, this is my first time dealing with Class D amps and going under 2 ohm loads. I've always messed with class A/B amps and such.
