i have it hooked up to a 8ga wire going right to the battery.
i did that for my alpine h/u as that was recommended .
so the power is coming right from the battery.
also meant to say, i know that does not mean anything but thats its not running thru the factory harness.
ill pull the h/u and check the wire and see whats its reading.
