Is the adapter for your stock deck to make it so you can put a system in your can any good?? I have heard good and bad things about them. Please LMK.

usually better to get an aftermarket deck

some cars you dont have any choice tho

Like my buddy has a Ford Taurus and he has to spend a lot if he wants to get an aftermarket deck. So I'm probably just gonna use the adapter. But I just need to know if it's any good.

What adapter are you taking about? Do you mean the stock tape deck and using a cassette adapter? Im sorry Im a lil lost.

I think it's called the High Low Pass Filter. So you can hook up RCA's to your stock deck.

don't gotta spend that much to fit an aftermarket stereo in a taurus. just need the install kit, cost me $40 - went with the scoshe. it's not the best looking dash kit but it does the job. taurus' are **cked up when it comes to upgrading the audio. go do some reading at http://www.taurusclub.com

To me, this would be the best option, get the indash kit, get a new HU and your done. No weird issues, just a clean signal going to you speakers.
