Is the extra money worth it?

I'm looking to do a dual 12" setup, but for money's sake, do it in two steps. Im going to get a new sub and use my current amp. Then buy the second sub and a new amp down the road to power both.

I've narrowed my choises down to two: AA Arsenal vs Sound Splinter RL-P 12".

My question is this: Is the extra $70 really worth it to get the RL-P ?

thats similar to what i'm doing with my setup. i bought one sub now with a big amp that can power it, and when i get a little more money buy the second one. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

the arsenal is a very comparable sub. basically it depends on how much space you have/money, power, etc.

rl-ps don't require more than 400-500 watts to get moving and require just over 1 cube sealed or 1.5-2 ported iirc.

dunno much about the arsenals.

and also ss has excellent cs as well. not to mention i'm sure mike would autograph it if you asked him as well.

Well this is the setup for now:

Amp: RF2002 200w rms 600w peak.

Space: I'd like to stick around 1cu per sub. I want to regain my cargo space with a redesigned box.

Money: I really don't want to spend $250+SH for a sub if the Arsenal is good enough for $180+SH

But if the RLP is a lot better then i guess ill just have to poney up the extra for a better sub.

On a side note, does anyone have a website/link so I know what all the Tech Spec abbreviations are?
