Is the 8 guage welding wire stranded as with the 1/0

I am running a run of 1/0+ and 1/0- from front to my Class-D. and one + and one - of 8 guage to my doorspeaker amplifier.

I don't want to use a distrobusion block.

This is the reason I am asking.

should be fine

ive used some 10awg stiff as fvck wire before that had literally 6 strands, it worked fine for speaker wire. it was wayyyy stiffer than any 1/0 or 2/0 ive used, but i couldnt tell any difference from the regular speaker wire it replaced

Because with the cost of welding wire I can afford it, mainly because I think it looks way cleaner. I drive a single cab and I dont really have much mounting space.

Welding leads are usually fairly flexible and have outer jackets that are way more element and chemical resistant than Knu Konceptz does! In fact, I've used welding leads to wire up boats and they hold up rather well to the salt water that normally makes short work of car audio designated wire!
