Dont know if I could but Im not going to sue them for the price of the top assembly, since there "warranty" they failed to uphold. any advice.

IF they filed, then the company's assets are usually seized, then auctioned off. Then, they pay off the people that are owed the largest debts. IF they did in fact go under, then there is probably little hope.

But this could all just be a big rumor.

I saw a post from Kyle saying they are all at CES, and maybe nobody is remebering this, but in addition to them moving, CES has been on from the 7th untill today, so they are probably there, maybe, you think. Maybe we will hear something from them in the next day or so.

I sure hope they are not going under, or at least some other manufacturer(s) start useing the LMS tech, and the tall roll rubber surrounds, and the revo/LMS baskets.

I read people in New York city make good money with hot dog stands. I'm sure the best areas in Manhattan are taken, so you will have territorial wars. It maybe a business I want to get into it, except I think I may go to Chicago since sblazer would likely put my kids through college.
