What is your budget for a system.

About 350$ now.... Thing is I have a ****** battery and stock alternator so I cant go crazy with ampage or whatever

You will be very hard pressed to run much power on stock.

You should ask around your local area and get someone to build you an enclosure that is specific to your subs specs. It's the best way to go IMO.

a single SA 12" or Skar VVX 12" get the 2ohm unless you get a bigger amp than shown after this if so get a 4ohm and run it in 2 ohms , 500-800watt mono amp - you can find one in the forum more than likely...

What's the craziest system you have seen in person?

Back in the olden days 1991 I saw Rockford Fosgate's Demo Van, I believe it had ten 18" subs several Power 1000's, etc. Then shortly after I saw Mark Fukuda's Van Mark Fukuda's Chevy Blazer - Show Cars - Car Audio and Electronics

Since I have seen many SPL vehicles and have even helped build a few. I saw a really loud SPL vehicle in Europe a few years back. It ran all Helix Audio. It was clean and loud. As of late, I came across an Ford Excursion running 16 10" T3's on Sundown amps.

There are people on this site with some very very loud set-ups.

I do not compete anymore and all of my cars are daily drivers. I do it for my love of audio. My current set-ups are (always changing):

That's fine, I bought both my speaker amps for under that budget. And I am now running over 1500w on my stock amp and OEM battery. That's a 70amp alt btw. If I can run it, anyone can.

best thing to do when buying a system is save up 600 min but 900 will get u sounding better than all of your friends with so called systems. 900 will get u a good 2k-3k in watts.

use the other 53 dollars to go towards some wiring

With your current budget there is a crossfire vr1000D on caco for cheap he has a pair but one will do for now that's $160 then get a skar vvx or sundown sa or obsidian audio 12 dual 2 sub those prices vary then wiring ans box slightly over budget but would be a **** nice single 12 setup for the price.I could build you a nice box if needed.

my 94 caprice on 26" rims currently has this sound system hooked up in it

db tweeters in the back seat and random horn under the hood for playing music outside the car

both subs and horn have switches to cut them on and off

but my 95 civic has my 2 kicker comp 4 Ohm 15"s

on a 1200w sony Xplod XM-GTR2022
