Is my old Planet Audio PA1250d worth using?

I got a Planet Audio P1250d back in the early 2000s... I gave it to my sister because I was fine with my JL 500/5, but she gave it back when she got a new car and it's sat unused. Well, I have a different car now and I want to run more power than my JL can provide. Power levels aside, is the P1250d worth reusing? Is it going to give me relatively clean power? It's been plenty reliable but I have never stressed it much, whereas I think I will be stressing it somewhat more now.

As long as it was USA made, yes a good solid sq amp. I think my newest pa is 2002 and they were still made in the USA then. Hard pressed to find a cleaner one today. Would most likely have to search the higher end lines of respected sq amp brands to match the specs and clarity.

What are you looking to push(what subs do you have)? It may work, but may be a better option to sell and buy something else to better suite your needs.

Fi Q12 D2... already have it, else I'd be getting something different for this car.

Should be fine with that amp. Just throw the Q in a good ported enclosure and go.

ya the q is built like a tank, it can take the clipped signal daily np anyways
