Is my car totaled

so i have a 1998 EX V6 sedan it has been in 2 hits an run. One they totaled my bumper and the second time backed into the passanger side door right by the hinges and the door falls down a little everytime you open it and you have to slam the **** out of it to get it to close. Then when my bumper got hit it also knocked my trunk out of line and their are several dents all over the car

totaled is a percentage of damage to worth, from an insurance standpoint
