Is my amp blown or my subs?

I had was putting another sub on my system and the ground on the side of my amp came off my capacitor, and I don't care that you don't think caps work so don't say it, and when it got touched back, which I know was a bad idea, there was a big spark and my amp started smoking. It still puts out power but my subs put out little bass and rattle. Which is blown? My subs didn't smoke

LMFAO. Protip: Amps are NOT supposed to smoke. I've never seen an amp smoke and then still work properly.
