yup, theres been talk about that for over a year now and then someone just sent me a email saying the same thing. I am not going to bring him into this. But I am not gona judge what i have read from him and others. I dont test it but i know when u get to there level you would.

well I'm just looking for a really good SQ Clean amp. I don't want to get some crap amp and run them with my Lotus Reference 2ways. That would a not so good idea.

If it was me i would choose somthing other than kicker...if your going for a SQ set up. But thats just me.

Yup.....I've used the zr and the xs series, have yet to hook up my kx1200. I find it hard to believe they could go from amps like those to amp more than 30% overrated //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

Most KX series amplifiers produce 5-20% more than rated power according to their birthsheets, are very reliable in my experience, and are great amplifiers overall. I'd definitely recommend them ...

I did not say they were bad amps if u look i said there one of the best i have ran a ton of them but from reading and talking to many people the kx 1200s sucked azz. I even have emails with that stating from people that compete. I used the zr's xs si' and i HAVE right now a sx 1250.1 why woud i say there sht. All I sayed is that the kxs dont seem to be as good as the rest.

I even have a email from scottie j about it i would post it but not going to put his email up here. Ask him and argue with him about that one he even said the kx had a hard time doing 1100 at 17volts i guess they dont bench none of there stuff?
