is it worth it to have brakes!?

so i finally got around to bleeding my brakes. a month or 2 after i changed rotors, pads and calipers, i finally thought my car was back. actually though, the brakes still dont work, right to the floor and nothing happens. after going around the block and sitting in my driveway pumping them with the car running for 5 mins, i was finally able to feel them work....pedal still goes to the floor but at least I'm kind of stopping. what the hell did i do wrong??

i followed the guys instructions on here and even looked it up online.

how would i know if its the master cylinder, or is that something i should take it into the shop for? the only place in this tiny town is canadian tire.

If you bled the brakes and it still goes to the floor like that, I would say it's the master cylinder too. Unless you didn't tighten the caps enough when you bled them.

how tight would i have to have the caps? i didnt want to over tighten them, im sure i could unscrew it with my fingers.
