Yea... justa hella lot more wire and a little less space to work with...

and a little harder trying to run the wires thru

Yeah...anything is possible. That battery still is connected to the alt eventhough its all the way back under the seats, just add a run of 1/0 to the alt...and a couple of frame grounds, and a new alternator grounds, and you will be fine.
