Will a 220-250amp alternator be enough for 2,300w RMS with out an extra battery? or am i asking for trouble?

What subs are going in? What tuning? You could most likely fit it but as to how high it will be is a different story.

I saw an 8cu ft box with 2 15's in an exploder...didnt look bad at all...

Also probably 4 alpine type r 12's seeing 450 rms each...tuned to 32hz and hoping to do an adjustable port.

Yes but it will be above the window line. Buddy had 2 18' BTLs the box fit but was at least a foot over the window line. If im not mistaken it was a 12cube box for 2 18s

In a smaller box...But i am content with keeping them at thier RMS rating...i just like my lows...but i would love to have an adjustable port in the event i want to get a little frisky

Awesome..and yeah a foot over the window line is bonkers...im hoping just a couple of inches over the window line will be fine. I am not going to compete or anything...maybe just get it metered once or twice...other than that...daily ground pounder.

I couldn't find a pic of my box...but I had this amp rack and a 7cu ft box in mine ...and kept the back seat....

you can see my bottom board was cut to stay within the wheel wells....all mine was below the rear glass and competed in USACi SB2 box was 6cu ft plus port taking up an additional 1 cu ft...plus box was made of 1" mdf

You could always build over the wheel wells to get some more space.
