Is it OK to do a port like this?

Is it OK to do a port like this? if so, how do I go about bending the port?

My box is as follows:

17-Height

34-Width

33-Depth

~ 9.183^3 NET

Port is 15.5 x 5.25

The way I have it in BBP6, it is tuned 28.28, and a port lenght of 39"

Is this OK? I have a BBP6 file, if anyone would be willing to get on AIM so I can send it to them and they could possibly check it out...? This is my first time messing with this program...
