I think those sites have been around for ages.

Most of those sites are filled with ignorant rants made by ignorant people.

But, in the end, if all these little pimple-faced dickweeds that want to be heard from 10 blocks away with their stereo, and try to knock things off people's walls as they drive by would start using a little common decency and respect other people, the authors of those websites wouldn't have anything to complain about.
