rear wheel drive, decently light, basically no rear seats. It's a subcompact... not a pure bred sports car, but not just a hatchback either. It's... a poor man's sports car.

I'll agree with that. The silvia on the other hand is a nice *** performance car.

Calling it rice is just ignorant. Rice has more to do with stupid exterior/interior modifications, shitty bolt-ons, and bling.

The only 240sx you'd see me in is the rare convertible. I believe it worth between $8k-$12k in excellent condition with low miles. Other than that, I wouldn't want one.
Although I did have a Mazda MX-3 that I liked.

I would kill for a 240sx! It has always been my dream car. I had the chance to buy a 240 for $600 great physical condition, low miles, there was just a problem with it that was unknown at the time. They sold it, and it turned out that there was a wire touching metal on the inside that was shorting out something.
