Is a 12" enough?

Currently my plans are to go with a 12" PG Titanium Elite 12" with a PG RSD1200 amp. The setup would be ported, probably 2.5cf tuned to 30-32Hz. But I'm afraid that it migh not be enough. I want something that makes it hard to take a breath at full tilt or makes my vision blurry. Can a ported 12" do this with only 1200 rms? I drive a 2008 Hyundai accent so there's not a lot of room. I could do a 15" but it would HAVE to be sealed.

What would you go with? A ported 12" or a sealed 15"?

Im guessing space problems is why sealed. I am in the exact same situation. You can always cut the baffle for the 15 if you don't like the 12....So long as it's the same box.

I think the 1 12 ported would be beter the a sealed 15 off same power

The 15" would have to be sealed because of size restraints. Unless you know of a 15" that will fit into a 2.5cf ported enclosure (thats not an 16ov.2)
