Is 4AWG enough to power 2 amps?

I have a Hifonics 750.4 and a Kicker 300.1. I currently have 4AWG going to the Zeus and I about to install the Kicker and was wondering if I could to 4AWg to a distro and either 4AWG or 6AWG to the Zeus and 6AWG to the Kicker? Or will I have to use 1/0 to the distro?

Don't be cheap on the wire. Just do 0ga from the battery to distro and 4ga to each amp. You don't want to be having to rerun that power wire if you choose to upgrade later.

I don't plan on upgrading because I have my sound exactly where I want it as of right now as far as my setup goes I just want to be able to make sure that both amps are getting an adequate supply of power. Would 8AWG be enough to handle 750 watts?

kicker 300.1 can use 8 gauge.
Dont know what a Hifonics 750.4 is..

I would do a quality OFC 4 gauge to a D block and 8 gauge to both.
This, though i'd get a single 4awg in / Dual 4awg out distro block (Incase you DO upgrade the sub stage) and send each amp whatever their max gauge is which seems like 8awg for the kicker and 4awg for the hifonics. Though you'd probably be fine running 8awg to the 4ch if its a short run.
