Also you're not adding up amp hours by using 4, you're using 4 just to get up to 14V. You would need 16 cells to get 400AH at 14V which should be enough to reliably run a 5KW amp.

Typo, meant 8 of the eve 200ah at 1c wouldn't they be good to 400 amp ?

14.6 is max charge for headway. 3.65 volts per cell. There should not be any voltage drop from your alternator wiring to battery so 14.8 is too high.
