simple solution, just wear headphones for half an hour and listen to music. or take the douche king route and bring your own ammo such as ruffles or even the mexican chips with some salsa or dip preferably guacamooolee

Ear canal headphones are a good solution. Love my shure e2c's. They're like ear plugs, block out everything and you don't need the volume too high.
