its like, we had to wait for a while then things get fixed and everyone else gets a deal

call dom and talk to him. i have been on the phone with him over the past few days working things out.

and after all this he has been a great help to me. once i get back my alt and get it working i will have gone from mad, to glad.

just keep trying to call him and when you get a hold of him talk to him. like i said, once i get all my stuff said and done i will be happy. talking to him and dealing with him via phone has helped alot.

I talked to him quite a bit yesterday before I bought my alternator. He seems to have pretty good service when he's around the shop. He said that he goes to a lot of comps and when he's at a comp you can't get ahold of him. However, I called him 3-4 times and every time he picked up.

so what do u think he'd be able to do now that i recieved my alt about 2 days ago

I can understand being busy and going to competitions but informing customers of this would go leaps and bounds. I paid on the 30th of July for an alt for my 3G Eclipse and I've still yet to receive my alt or hear an expected date for delivery. All my emails have been answered with a "I'll check the shop when I get into work". I understand that life gets busy but clients like to know they havn't been forgotten.
