how can i make a complaint with out having a problem first. i did want to buy one of their products because of their great price and previous history. you follow me? now AFTER i placed an order. i felt i was being jerked around. so i filed a complaint. i didnt start this problem, they did. i asked again for a second time. and they completely ignored my post. so how the heck are you gonna say. "why do you want to buy one of their products?" its like wiping before you poop. maybe you should rethink your statments befoe you post them. i'm not fighting with anyone here. just the manufacturer.

now i just got my refund for a bogus reason

"Dear Robby Lam,

Dominick Iraggi (dominick@tds.net) has refunded your payment.

Note from Seller:

We are refunding your money due to your impatience. You placed a complaint just three days after payment was made. Thanks for the interest in Iraggi Alternator"

impatience? i asked for a tracking number which you said you shipped. so you guys are liars. and delusional. i'm really suprised you guys even returned the money to the right paypal address.

As far as your comments, I'm not even going to address them. Spewing irrelevant, incoherent dialogue, isnt making your situation any better, and you don't have anyone else's sympathy here. You had your issue with Iraggi, and they did what any other manufacturer would have done to rectify the situation. Again, understand that they have two group buys running at the same time. They have 15+ alternators to build and ship within a reasonable deadline, mistakes are bound to occur, but you simply overreacted. Posting here asking them for the tracking number is not the proper method of communicating with them. As I clearly outlined in the first post, you need to adress all inquiries to them via email, or telephone. You threatening to file a PayPal claim, and posting your impatience is all better a reason for them not to want to deal with you. Next time, take a couple steps in the other side's shoes, inform yourself of their situation, make reasonable judgement based on that. You may not be so quick to throw stones next time.

As I said before, if you still have an issue, work it out between yourself and Iraggi. This thread is not the place to vent your emotions. If you feel the need to express your opinion take it up in the feedback forum.

Since it appears that Iraggi did the right thing here in refunding your money; you can just go take your meds and go away now. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Realized I forgot to mention I sent the payment. Payment for a 280 amp alternator was sent on the 19th //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

well i dont wanna cause them any problems. i dont mind paying full price anyway.

oh yeah by the way supa c just in case you were wondering (which you probably were'nt), i finally made some purchases. so far i have a pair of 12" XL's, HK-2X pwrd x-over, and the HK-1398 in my possession or on its way to my house. next paycheck i will have all of the necessary wiring from Knu Konceptz (high strand count). still looking for a box though, i want to find a good quality one over the net because I want all of my stuff sitting at my doorstep when i go back home in 2 weeks so I can begin installation immediately! I found a company that makes plexiglass boxes but they were $700-$800. I was gonna put a pair of XC's in that but I decided I wouldn't have enough green to buy everything I need had I gone with that box.
