Iraggi alt whining

Ok ever since i installed my new alt from iraggi i can here the alternator whining from the engine bay not through the speakers jus wondering if anyone else had this problem ? Could it be the new belt i installed? Could it be to tight? Give me some suggestions please

It could be the belt is too loose also.

ok i will try and tighten it to see if the whining stops but if i get it to tight it can mes up the bearings in side the pulleys right

no im not i should have though im using one that i bout straight from honda

anymore suggestions on y its whiningits not a squel but a whine stragiht from the alt. Its sounds like a GM supercharger when driving, or it sounds like its bad

with my new alt installed with factory things running and the big three done i still get like surges when i play wit the power windowas and locks, its a slight surge im sure ive done the big three right jus not sure if this alt is any good

The alt is perfect, it's probably the belt. His pulley's are a little smaller. If you can turn the belt at a 90 degree angle, it's too loose.

ya, i've had no problems with mine.

If you have v-belts, it could be anything. The belts on my GTI were a nightmare.

but wouldnt it squel instead of whine if the belt was loose, im jus worried if the alt is any good

no, i have a huge wine with mine. almost sounds like its superchared lol. it could be that its just a bigger alt and the way it moves air. i know thats what mine is.

yea that supercharger sound gets on my nerves, cause i know i dont have one. Do u still get surges when playing wit ur power windows and locks, mines is slight but i would think a bigger alt would eliminate that with the big three done

OH OH OH, i would just use the hell out of it for the first few weeks, and make sure everything's working ok.

It's def. possible it just has a more aggressive fan.
