Well all that technical stuff is all fine and dandy, but honestly you cannot hear a difference between a professional CD and a CD burnt with 192 kbps...

Normal - 128kbps (CD Quality - Best for most)
Normal/High - 160kbps (Archival Quality - High-end stereos)
High - 192kbps (Archival Quality - Highest-end stereos)
128 kbps is CD quality according to the chart on the link provided earlier. Using 192 you get a perfect sounding recording.
