into thin air, another one of the books by the same guy who wrote into the wild, is my favorite book of all time

its based on a true story of a guy who graduates college and gives up everything, money, car, lifestyle to be a traveler. He goes to places and eventually ends up in Alaskan wilderness living off the land for a few months and eventually dies....great story.

I thought it was pretty good, I would love to travel the country and do some of the things he did.

haha Im actually writing a paper on the significance of a death and have to make reference to the story of Chris McCandeless...I read the book but havent seen the movie. Thought it was a great story
