internet problems..

i keep getting this crap that says "problem loading page" with firefox. i downloaded opera and get the same thing. is this something i have to talk with my isp about? this is about the only site i can go to without problems.

btw throwing the mouse across the room didn't fix it either

Throw the tower next time and see if that helps.

It could be an ISP problem. It could also be a firewall mis-funtion if you have one besides windows. Usually it's that you're ISP is down for a min.

DSL or cable? Check your modem. Reset it if it has a manual hard reset.

cable. seems to be working fine now. hopefully it everything is all fixed. i kinda like opera better then firefox so it's all good

T-Bone, do you have a router? Is this cable/dsl/etc? Have you tried to reset the modem...... Have you tried uninstalling-reinstalling firefox/opera?

yes i have a router. maybe i should try direct connecting it to the modem? also i just installed opera cause i figured it was my browser that was ****ed. this is cable

unplug the router and let it reset, that's a good place to try.
