Interchangable Port Box- Round 2

I knew you did your own work, just kinda joking. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif BUT, if you ever wanted some work done, you know where to find me...

LOL
Dont you?

The ports more than likely will no rattle. There is actually a support piece under the bottom of the inserts, and once mounted in, those things arent going anywhere. As far as sealing, shouldnt need anything because of the tightness you can get the screws, but you could always add some foam tape between the front port piece and the area it mounts to.

Your builds never cease to amaze me. The precision and accuracy of your cuts and router work is just absolutely amazing. There are tons of box build logs on here, but yours always stand out even on the simplest designs, excellent work once again.

Basically you drill a hole, and they screw into the material. They work awesome. I dont have anymore, so I cant take pics, but I bet if you googled them, you can find some info...
