Insurance question

OK, my little brother just got his license. He doesn't have insurance yet, but I do. Would he be able to drive my expedition while I sit in passenger seat? Would my insurance cover anything if something happens?

To add...you know the rules. Please go to the thread and ask permission. Oh, and a search and or a phone call to your insurance provider would have givin you the answer. Every insurance company is different.
