Installed new HU, having issues tuning... Avh-4800

So I had a pioneer avh-4500, I went to the newer avh-4800. The 4500 had a more basic crossover tuning screen, this 4800 has a more in-depth and expansive frequency crossover screen. I think it goes up to 12.5k...

Anyway, is there any pointers you guys can give me on setting this up? Is there a chart that correlates what frequency is what sound in songs? Like 50hz is bass, 120hz guitar etc ( I made those up, just for explanation ).
