I have to bench EVERY piece of equipment someone brings in to have installed to make it sure it works. Even if its BNIB. That cost $10. I seen people try and charge 500 for a kicker 1500. I would say its almost double.
100$ an hour doesn't seem so unreasonable. That would be 16000 dollars a month per installer/bay. Without profit from sales.
I would understand if it ran over 300$ if some custom work was done. But none was described by the op.

Why not just have them sign some type of waiver, would be cheaper I would think and it still covers your ***.

im sure you don't need all that so it will be pretty cheap and they do good work so i highly recommend to go there
